Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Agree with Huskee & 997cab. Been using those for years. For some reason though, the occasional rogue dropped coal takes on a life of it's own and bounces to the nearest edge of my fireproof mat and quickly terrorizes my composite decking.
