Has anyone heard of or used the FireButler

I saw this product on TVWB forum and was wondering if anyone is familiar with it. Let me know.

Seems like a lot of parts. I wish their website explained a little more in depth what the different pieces do exactly, specifically the "Firebox" pieces. I assume those are designed to burn in a Minion method, giving some longevity to a cook?

I definitely don't need anymore sheet metal laying around

I've never heard of it. I already have a Slow n Sear so I see no use for another accessory for my Weber Kettle. Plus I have a large BGE so I'm covered.

Do you have the Weber 2290 rotisserie? Rocks with SnS!

I don't have a rotisserie... I've just never had the inclination to cook that way.

I have to admit I was somewhat curious, but they don't have much information out there to make a sound judgement on spending close to $200 for more stainless steel. When I just gazed at the pic of DWCowles new SnS in the 26, I think I will hold out for a new SnS for my 26.

I totally agree! Looks complicated, with no explanation of how it works. I think that I will stick with my SnS and Vortex for now.

Thanks for the initial feedback. I searched on google and found this video that seems to explain it a little better. It kind of looks a little the new Weber Summit system with charcoal low in the kettle and raised sear plate insert. I like the concept of being able to use the entire grill surface. I've got the SNS and love it, but just thought this was interesting too.
