Seeking advice on using induction burner on stovetop

    Hey, here's the final on the chili beans - they were fantastic! Topped with shredded cheese and some sour cream and using the Scoops delivery system as usual

    And the dutch oven had not one bit of scorch on it. Definitely success on simmering large pots on the induction burner!

        Thumbs up all the way. Very consistent behavior and reproducible results, which is what I wanted most.We haven't used it as much since we moved, but we're still not at steady state...
