I like the dexterity of nytril gloves over cotton gloves,
Are there any BBQ gloves that match Nytril over cotton gloves?
Nytril blocks hot liquid from passing through and the cotton insolates.
I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
When I’m handling hot food ( pulling pork, slicing brisket, etc) I routinely just use cotton liner gloves with nitrile gloves over them. Easy to change the outer gloves quickly if you’ve touched a non clean surface or if the nitrile gets a small rip.
Edit to add: but I guess that’s what you already do. I can’t help on gloves that would replace that arrangement.

I also use nitrile over cotton gloves that I like. Easy to strip off a dirty pair and pull on a fresh cover. But among the other gloves I have accumulated, I really like these. Basically the same feel as nitrile over cotton, but is cotton dipped in nitrile. I really need to order another pair myself because I've really worn my pair out. Really no need to do that, because you can get them for under $5.

I have something similar. They work great for handling brisket and such when on the smoker. They are too thick and bulky for knife work though unless these are different.
captainlee these are the same as cotton with a nitrile glove on top. I have other gloves that are more bulky, but you can use a knife with these. fzxdoc mine are XXL, but I don't have real big hands and could probably get by with an XL. OTOH, I like them not being real tight, so they are easier to slip off when greasy.

I'm with MBMorgan , I really love using those Venom Steel Nitrile gloves over cotton gloves for handling meat. They're great. Haven't burned my hands handling hot foods since I started using that combo a few years back.
For regular glove use in the kitchen, handling poultry and such, I just go with the regular blue nitrile gloves. I still have some poly gloves too, left over from when we couldn't get nitrile gloves anywhere during and just after the lockdown.
Nowadays I wash and reuse nitrile gloves a few times until they can't take it any more. I used to toss them after each use, I'm embarrassed now to say.
I've stopped using them and instead, I use hand soap before and after handling food. I also use welding gloves from Harbor Freight, work gloves from ACE, and various metal utensils to handle meat and hot things.
Yeah, I ran out of nitrile gloves a year or two ago, and can't get myself to buy more. So I just wash my hands lots! And yelp when I burn the crap out of my fingers while pulling pork!
I really need them for car work though, so will eventually order some, since they are much cheaper online than at the auto parts store.
