    Smoke EZ and Meat Hooks

    Has anybody used the Smoke EZ? Also, does anyone have recommendations on what sort of meat hooks to use if you're going to hang meat from its internal hanging rack? Thanks!

    If I were you.....I would order them from the PBC website. Very robust, stainless steel hooks. You don't have to be a PBC owner to order them. I think they are $25 for a pack of eight. Good deal if you ask me. I use them to hang meat in my KBQ. Bootheel

      Bootheel, I own a Smoke Ez and intend to use it just as you describe on my 22.5" Weber with a DigiQ-2 Temp Control, a S 'n S and SS diverter plate. I hope this Combo is going give me more Smoking Quantity and Quality! The reason I haven't tried it already is the Smoke EZ is like my Model T available in Black only! I intend to paint it green to match my Webers before assembly and use? Wx has to improve some! Eat Well and Prosper! From Fargo ND, Dan
