This is something that popped up on social media (they must be tracking me).
It’s called Sourhouse, and they provide a sourdough starter jar that is easy to clean and has nice marks on the side to see how much water/flour you put in (should be done by weight anyway), but it also shows how much it has risen. SWEET!
They also have a dome for it (it plugs in to the wall) whereby it creates a very stable temperature for the starter. That is separate but can be integrated into the jar.
I don’t have one yet, but will likely get one for Christmas (nice gift for a baker)!
