I bought a couple of these a little while back and I am glad I did. They are very versatile, being collapsible and all. I ordered 2, and one of them was damaged, so they shipped me another one. The damaged one had some chipped plastic around the top but no damage to the tub so I can use it to clean grates. Overall this is one of the better tools I have purchased. The ribs are sitting on one of them. https://bbqdripez.com/collections/pr...gaAheBEALw_wcB

I just used mine this weekend too for a brisket. I actually used the lid underneath my wire rack while the brisket was in the fridge getting a dry brine. My sheet pans weren’t available. I’m a big fan of this.
I’ll check back in with you on this in a while to see how they are holding up. They have great potential but I’ve had a bad experience with a collapsible laundry basket that stays in the collapsed position on one side.
Cookers:
Oklahoma Joe Offset (older thick steel version!)
Camp Chef Woodwind
OK Joe Bronco
Weber Genesis
Ooni Karu
Weber Kettle
My goal is to eventually have at least one of every style of cooker….. I have work to do. Lol!
Thermometers:
ThermoWorks Thermapen MK4
ThermoWorks Thermapen ONE
ThermoWorks Thermopop
ThermoWorks RFX
ThermoWorks IRK-2 Infrared
Maverick XR-50
TempSpike Plus
Other Gear:
Megaforce 3000 Meat Grinder
Weston 7-pound sausage stuffer
Jerky Gun for making poppers. (Game changer!)
Amaz-N-Tube
Original SnS with drip n griddle
Weber Chimney
Fuels Used:
Splits/Chunks, whatever I can get. Usually B&B competition. Favorites are Cherry, Apple, Post Oak, and Hickory.
Pellets, Lumberjack.
Charcoal, whatever is on sale. Currently have a bunch of KBB. Will eventually try B&B. Use whatever lump is on sale in my Ooni.
Propane, Blue Rhino.
Rubs:
Usually make my own riff’s on Memphis Dust and BBBR. Also use Meathead’s commercial rubs and occasionally try something new. I like a couple from Tuffy Stone and Kinder’s. After several surgeries, I’m very sensitive to “spicy” stuff, so I need to be careful about heat levels.
I think I remember you posting something about these when you first got them. I’m as intrigued now as I was then. What size do you have? Would you get a different size if you were buying again?
I have these as well, although I have not put them through their paces like I should. Typically the fridge is too full to move shelves around so the tub would fit with a brisket in it.
