Mine arrived yesterday. These are pretty snazzy for the price! Even came in a nice solid plastic case that I might repurpose for something else.

I've got this, and it is great for those nights I have a grill that just doesn't fall under where my flood lights hit out in the backyard. Runs from AC or an 18V battery pack, and much much cooler than my old dual 500w halogen work light!

      Here it is in use!

Then, I have another "grill light" I sometimes use if I am too lazy to go get the work light from the garage.... my shed is near the grills, and I've got an old Coleman propane camping lantern out there. VERY VERY bright. And I have a hook to hang it above the grill if I want, or use it on the side table:

How much food are you cooking there Jim? That looks like a huge feast.

STEbbq that was an old shot of a hibachi cook for 8 or 10 family members. It was one of the few I could find the light actually in the shot. I always make a big mess of fried rice for those type cooks.

This is the version I have. The only down side is I have a Weber kettle (which of course has no "flat" surfaces), so the light would rotate if the grill moved (i.e. when taking the lid on/off). However it stayed "stuck" and did not fall off. Overall I like it and will keep using it for future cooks.

These lights are pretty cool. I got them as I knew they would stick to my pellet grill, but thought they would be impractical for the Weber Kettle due to it being a kettle.

I didn't clue into the fact that I have a stainless steel table on my patio on which I could affix the light and direct it right at my Weber's grill surface!

Here's what it looks like shining on the Weber. It's several feet away, but you can see it's reflection and if you look closely you'll notice that it overwhelms the "color temperature" of my orangish porch light. (I also need to clean the lid of my grill!) No more headlamp for me!

          Very happy with these things!

Yes, I've used them a few times and not only for grilling. That's another story. They do the job and you can't beat the price.

I'm still using my Ryobi work light for night time grilling.... said all summer I was gonna mount a flood light outside, but I've been too lazy to do it!

            It looks like that works.
Better than the battery operated lantern I’ve been (trying) to use
