So these are my favorite gloves. I am on my second pair. The first pair I kept for 6 years and the second is almost three years old. The length is great, the heat resistance is fabulous, and they look good and are comfortable.
The downside is the fingers basically are no longer flexible anymore. Good enough to work around the smoker but not great for fine detailed work.
I don’t know if this is simply the downside of this type of glove, if I am skipping some important maintenance step, or if they are really a one season and done type thing?
I am going to keep using them but wondering what can be done.
