I’ve had this spatula from Pampered Chef for 10+ years and love it. I can lift, chop, cut and shred with it. It has a ring in the handle so I can hang it on my kitchen cart. A bonus bottle opener near the handle puts it over the top.
I like ATK and used their advice for buying all my kitchen knives. Basing a spatula recommendation even partially on being able to lift 10 lbs is dubious though, imho. That’s the wrong tool for the job.
I have one of these, but don't seem to find myself using it on the grill as much these days, as I rarely use a spatula on the wire grates of my kamado or kettle, and I am using other types of spatulas on the flat top. I used to use the heck out of it though.
