    M16 accessory

One of my all time favorite grills is the M16 from M Grills. It's somewhat similar in size to the PK 360 but deeper and constructed out of 1/4 inch stainless. It has a removeable top and excels in its vents and ash collection. The construction is amazing and the top and bottom come together with a perfect seal. No leaks anywhere. I liked it so much I am working with a small fabricator to build an asado attachment for it. It's in progress, but here is a preview. Still more work to do, including adding a control wheel on the right.Click image for larger version

I can't wait to see it on your grill and that first cook!! What will it be? Sirloin cap, Tri-Tip, ribeye, lamb. . . !? 🔥🔥🔥❤️🐿

Likely strip steaks or tri-tip. Once I figure out how to use it!

Very crafty, maybe a tad overbuilt for the typical task at hand, but what's the harm in that?

Here’s the grill with the attachment in place. Turned the M16 into a Santa Maria-type grill. Going to try it out using wood splits. Click image for larger version

The whole thing is so over engineered it gives me jubilant giggles!! I love it 🤩😍🤩😍 especially the red crank - it's got some
              serious style. 🔥🔥🔥❤️🐿

As to being over-engineered, some comments. The M16 is "over-engineered," but that's what makes it so special. Made of 1/8 inch stainless and weighs a ton. As to the attachment, it's a design borrowed from the fabricator's other products to keep the cost down.
BTW the guy that built it has this Etsy shop:
Shop www.onetimefabrication.com by OneTimeFabrication located in Madisonville, Kentucky. Top shop for gifts. Buyers bought gifts from this shop and gave them 5-star reviews!

So cool. Can’t wait to see how it cooks. Going to be great I’m sure.
