    Thermoworks service

Thermoworks really came through on the simplest thing, which stood out to me. I got a Timestick Trio in December. It was great until the display went berserk after a few months. I reached out to Thermoworks, they wanted to know what happened for the engineers, and they replaced it. Then the replacement had another display issue recently. Thermoworks again asked for details to pass on to developers and again, replaced the timer. The timer is $30 so it’s not a flagship item. The fact that Thermoworks wanted to know what was wrong so they could fix this small item, continue to improve, and then continue to provide replacements was great to see. My Thermoworks Smoke continues to be a great performer. I hope your experience with Thermoworks has been as pleasant and continues to do so.

They replaced a probe on my Chef Alarm, after telling me I used it at over 500° (I did). They essentially said, "Here. Now don’t do it again."

    I liked that.

I’ve had excellent customer service from Thermoworks. They replaced a Smoke remote that went bad on me under warranty and a year out of warranty, fixed my Smoke when I melted the casing by putting a hit grate on top of it. I paid a nominal fee to get a 5 year old Thermapen repaired when it stopped turning on, due to water damage years prior.

I'm a fan of Thermoworks!! Great service, delicious jellybeans, and I haven't had any of their products malfunction.

I wish we had more of these companies. Within reason, I will pay a premium price for a premium product and premium service.

They replaced a Smoke x4 under warranty that was at least 4 years old.

I like them, everytime I order $30 or $200 worth of jellybeans they send me a thermometer or two.

                Okay, that was legitimately funny.

I’ve had such good customer service from Thermoworks over the past decade that if I ever get a new temp controller, while I know Fireboard is all the rage, I will still consider a Smoke/Signals and their Billows fan.

Maybe the Combustion one will be as good as it looks…

I mentioned the Combustion Inc one with the idea that it may be worth considering as well. However I know the point you were trying to make is that you really felt Thermoworks’ Smoke & Billows should be your next buy.
