Any recommendations for a source for a quality custom sized grill cover?

Thanks Dan, but I've modified my grill with a cabinet underneath, so I'm looking for a place I can send the dimensions needed & they'll make a cover to those specs.

No experience with them but maybe a local canvas shop that does boat covers?

Maybe even a local upholstery shop (auto or home furniture) if you provide the materials.

Your local tent & awning shop should be able to make you a custom cover.

Look at some of the weber gas grill covers, they might fit your grill.
I bought a weber Spirit 210 series cover for my KBQ. Look it up, I'm sure it will fit your grill.
Unless of course you want custom made cover

Ernest that looks like it'd work. Would be a bit loose around the smoker, but the length should be just about right. Thanks for the info!

BTW, it has straps on the side so it won't be as loose

I use the 68" grill cover sold by Sams with my RecTec and it works great. If you need something custom, others have been happy with Vinyl Covers by Mel: http://vinylcoveringsbymel.com/

I have purchased the OEM covers for both my Rec Tec and for my Good One and both fit well and are reasonably priced and fit perfectly. Ed
