Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
It looks good. I bought a Cambro brand on sale. It has shelves so you can slide trays in. I bought it mostly for parties I was cooking for. I now find myself using it all the time at home, as well. I worked with BBQ Relief here and had the opportunity to use both the drop-ins and the slide-ins. I preferred the slide-ins for convenience and transportation. As far as effectiveness, they are comparable.

I’ve got a Carlisle brand one that holds 6inch deep pans.
It makes it easy to serve and transport the food to my mother-in-law’s house.
I recommend it because of it’s depth and heat retention.
