When I am using my Joeitisserie, I bank my coals to the back using the divider in the charcoal basket. I've looked everywhere I can think of to find a half moon drip pan to put on the half without coals so that I don't have drippings down to the bottom. I've had no luck to date so have been fashioning a protector out of double layer of heavy duty foil but I'd rather have a more permanent solution.
The closest I can find is that a long time ago Wilton used to make a half moon cake pan that seems like it would work, but you can't get them any more.
Has anyone found something like this or is a metal worker and has just made their own?

Reason: Plan to Pan
I made a template of my coal grate with paper and figured out where I wanted to cut the circle. I then transferred that cut template to some 2x lumber that I joined together.
I then cut the 2x lumber to the correct shape with my jig saw and I use that to form my drip pan out of heavy duty aluminum foil.

I mean this with respect and admiration, but when I read things like this it always makes me think "well Dave, you’re a helluva tax lawyer but you might not be able to survive out there in the world"
