drill holes in the lid of a Mason jar. When you want to seal it airtight, put an instilled lid on to of the drilled one and screw the ring down.

I do the same as some of the other fellas, just save the commercial plastic shakers that come with the commercial seasoning. I have several from Killer Hogs I just repurposed, just relabeled them. About 3 years ago I also bought some of these stainless ones. They work great too but free plastic is the way to roll !!!!

This thread reminds me of that 90’s classic song.

It went a little like this:

All I wanna do is a zoom-a-zoom-zoom-zoom and a poom-poom, just shake ya rub!

Tablecraft makes one with fine, medium and coarse holes. It's called a dry rub shaker and you can probably find it on Amazon.

I repurpose empty spice shakers from Costco. Have a variety of hole sizes, and a never ending restock of empties!

I made something out of a ball jar. I poked holes in the lid with the awl on my swiss army knife. A poked a few at a time to make so I didn't poke too many. If there is rub left, I put an unpunctured lid on top and replace the ring to keep it fresh. It works.
