I may be on a wild goose chase here! But have any of you seen a rotisserie drive that is strictly windup/mechanical that could deliver enough torque to reliably work inside a grill with the lid closed?
I am hoping to put a rotisserie in a LSG Adjustable Grill & Smoker and the layout will not easily allow for an electric drive. This means that the mechanical drive would reside in the heat of the grill as well.
I have seen some cheap one for a kitchen oven but they're likely very underpowered and unreliable.
