Any pit members in the Memphis Area avalible for Lunch next Wed?

Heading to Kentucky to be a 3rd wheel for DWCowles next weekend. Will be spending Tues night in Memphis and was wondering if any Pit members were in the area avalible for lunch, Wed late morning 11:30 ish. I'll even pick up the tab (with in reason lol) I realize it short notice but it sort of snuck up on me. (kept thinking it was the weekend after next) It would be great to meet fellow BBQ brethren. Oh yeah you would get to pick the place! I hear corky's is a must stop but I figure it will be way to hard to get into but I've never been there so dont know lol. ok think about it!

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

Sorry for the late reply. Been working on unpacking and getting set up at our new address.
My favorite is Memphis Barbeque Company. It is actually located in Horn Lake, MS, just off of I55. About two miles south of the TN - MS state line, on HWY 302.
Unfortunately, today is a work day for me, so lunch will be in the brown bag version....
