Since we’d never had a regular MeatUp in the Dallas area, we’re excited to try some new places that a lot of us have never visited before. Our home base of Arlington will provide us with a convenient place to stay without, hopefully, the traffic mess that happens regularly in the big city. While we’re here this weekend we’ll be trying some of the best BBQ in the state! Our first stop will be Goldee’s BBQ, recently ranked #3 on Texas Monthly’s latest Top 50 list. jayjordan said they have the best brisket he’s ever had! We’ll just see about that young man! 🤓 Anyway, our next visit Saturday morning is still up in the air. We might have a couple of groups going to different places but I’m sure we’ll talk about it Friday morning while waiting in line at Goldee’s. The strength of my margaritas at Mariano’s Thursday night will be directly proportional to my arrival time at Goldee’s Friday morning. 🥸 Anywho, looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
