I’m always impressed with the amount of food you have cooked for crowds. 500 sounds like a really tiring, yet rewarding day.

To look around and seeing other people enjoy your food is so incredibly humbling. Watching 500 has to overload the dopamine bucket.

My biggest was 70, although there was a band (Trampled By Turtles and the concert volunteers) in attendance at the bbq. Which felt pretty cool, still does.

But you live really large my friend!
