One of my favorite brands in the BBQ world. Enjoy the content he puts out on Instagram/Youtube….and of course like him because he’s a Cowboys fan!

My BIL just visited there last month and loved it. Wish I could have gone but PJ drug me to Lafayette instead

I thought the kicking and screaming happened when trying to find the Mexican restaurant in Lafayette. hoovarmin

Purc the kicking and screaming was in the front seat and the duck and cover was in the back seat.

If only I lived closer. His rubs are now my favorite commercial rubs. I absolutely love Holy Cow on all things beef. I will use nothing else on brisket or burgers.

His all-purpose, Holy Gospel, is quite nice. It is a BBQ-oriented all-purpose seasoning. It's delicious mixed with mayo on a ham sandwich.

It did take me a time to warn up to his Holy Voodoo. It's marketed as a cajun-inspired rub, which I suppose in a sense it is, but it is very salt forward and is the only one of his rubs that contains a significant amount of MSG. It's also very fine. After some experimentation, I absolutely love it on chicken wings.

I'm lucky in that through Buc-ee's and Academy, I can get nearly all of his rubs locally.

I agree with you on Holy Cow and Holy Voodoo. I'm out on both, so I plan to restock on Saturday.

I too love his rubs. Holy Voodoo is my favorite and I do love Holy Cow.

I guess I can look past the Cowboys thing. What kind of football team tries to win games by scoring touchdowns?

          Bear down 🤪

They make great stuff. And Adam Pittman seems like great guy with a great message around what BBQ is all about. I love that.

He has built one hell of a business and his hard work has certainly paid off. Good for him and his family. If I was in TX, this would be a fun event to attend.
