And Bryan is a very nice man. When I got my sampler and his helper asked me if I wanted sauce I said I'll take mine nekkid. Bryan piped up and said "yeah, man, old school" I told him that I don't need any sauce to hide what I know is good! And I swear, as I was walking away and took my first bite I stopped in my tracks because I was so amazed at how good it tasted! That, my friends, was an AMAZING RIB!
