Hey all you crazy Colorado Pitmasters, I have been trolling the forums and been learning a ton. But, I also would like to get to know some local pitmasters like yourselves. So, I was thinking of a few ideas in regards to this. One would be meeting someplace like my house and smoking a bunch of meats while sharing beverages. The other thought is meeting at a local brewery for some beers and talk Fire and Smoke. Maybe share a recipe or two as well.
If you have any interest in this idea, hit me up. I am in SE Aurora near the Smoky Hill High School.

So much coming off the grill and smoker this summer. Oh and the Brew pot had been boiling like the fires of hell. I am loving cooking again and get more excited every day. Who wants to share in my culinary rabbit hole?
I am learning so much from all the cooling excursions i have been on recently.
I am pulling for guys to have a successful Colorado Meat Up! The Texas Meat Up is on for 15th-16th! Some are coming early and others are staying later.
