skirschner Congratulations! I cooked french toast for myself and the bride on mine this morning in 33F and loving it. I usually have both burners on full blast so cooking with butter really doesn’t work out. To me, the burner dials are not very precise. Its either full flame or a little flame. With that said, I love it: full breakfast cooks and post smoker sears. Cooking surface cleans up quick. Oh, wear an apron (or don’t) and bend your left arm up at the elbow (if right handed as I am). If you do this, you will thank me after flipping that first steak you are searing. Keep on smokin’.
