The Cuisinart griddle went together in one hour and eighteen minutes. For those of you that pick up this griddle make sure to wash off the shipment oil before igniting the griddle to season. Real easy to season. At this time, its a toss up to cook German pancakes or fajitas for the first cook. Beware of the stainless steel panel, it is very sharp. Of course, the photos did not load in order. Keep on smokin’.

Huskee The thing about plans, they change. No fajitas, no German pancakes; however, a classic breakfast in our abode: pancakes, eggs and bacon. Absolutely delicious and cleanup was a breeze. Keep on smokin’.
