Huskee I got your email while I was on the road in eastern North Carolina and thought it was spam at first. Kind of a surreal experience, since we were on a road trip, with my DS driving and DD in the back. I was excited, but the kids were more excited than me, whooping it up.
I have had my eyes on second place (PBC), but the fates put me in first so I had to do my research. I've got a kamado-style cooker that has a few years left on it, so the Broil King looked good, but redundant. I've love the PK design, but I think I wouldn't use it as much.
So, I pick the Hasty Bake Legacy 133 Corten Steel. I watched Max's video and review of it, and it is strange device that appeals to my sense of curiosity. I will get a lot more flexibility with a rectangular configuration. The Corten steel body is really, really cool. How can I pass on that?
Thanks for all the well-wishers! You can expect me to document my cooking on this one.
