Look what arrived today. Tomorrow is Whiskey Wednesday tasting so it looks like I’ll assemble it on Thursday. It’s like Christmas, I have a big box to open and I have to wait. I can’t wait to assemble and fire it up.

Well after a serious rain/tornado delay , a forced overtime shift, and the usual “how the heck does this go there “, July’s grand prize has been christened. The maiden voyage consisted of Tuscan Herbed boneless chicken thighs as well as boneless thighs marinated with a sesame and ginger sauce.
The grill is fantastic, a 234# heavy duty yet smart grill. Once again thank you Amazing Ribs and the Pitmaster Club.
