Re “Still eligible…” the fact that you won once doesn’t change the odds of winning again (except for 4th prize). Because you aren’t calculating the odds for winning twice; you are calculating the odds for winning a second time AFTER ALREADY HAVING WON ONCE. And those are exactly the same as winning once.
Mosca You're right, but I'm not talking odds, they are intangible and scattered and crunch all the numbers you want they're theoretical and impossible to predict. I'm just saying eligible since you can technically win every prize once, perhaps even each month 4 months in a row. You're only ineligible for 10yrs once you win Grand.

This is a damn good prize package. In a world of mostly semi-useful bbq accessories, it’s a collection of winners. You can pick up a red hot grate with those gloves. (But you can’t hold it for more than a second or two, I don’t wanna hear, “But Mosca said…!”) The hat is a great fit; nice hat, very soft. I’m not a hat guy, but I love this hat. The leather can coozies kill foam coozies on a hot day. If you have a Weber Performer, the grill tools fit those odd Weber hooks (and, if you’re in a pinch, the spatula has a bottle opener). And a Thermapen ONE… I have two of these, one for inside and one for outside. I bought a second one for outside, even though I already had two other instant read thermometers. The Thermapen is really fast and responsive; we all know that, to instant read thermometer manufacturers, “5 seconds” means 15 seconds. The ONE’s “one second” is 5 seconds, which is fine if you’re wearing those heat resistant gloves!
I too notice it's not "ONE second" from room temp to say 205. It might be 1 second to change as you move the probe deeper or shallower in the same hunk of meat, but not from starting at room temp. I honestly don't notice a huge difference in response time between the ONE and the Mk4, although I'm sure there is some, not enough to matter in the real world IMO.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Their office is located in s-central FL so I wonder if perhaps they evacuated or otherwise just closed shop (makes perfect sense, after all). I might not hear back for a good while, unsure.
