After some deep discussion with SWMBO, I will choose the Char-Griller’s Grand Champ offset smoker! I am soo blessed to be a part of a great group of people and a forum for ideas on smoking and just about anything you have a mind to bring to the table!

I was torn between the GC offset and the griddle setup. Luckily for me, the lottery chose for me and saved me the excruciating pain of making the decision. Hahaha! Grats again!

Porkies This was a difficult choice! Thought long and hard about the wonderful meat, and the Cuisinart griddle, and the portable pellet grill......They make it tough on a feller being a winner and all! I hear the words but I cannot believe my ears!! W.I.N.N.E.R. YAY!
