Holy dog mess. I won. The only other drawing I won before was in elementary school. And I highly suspect Sister Edmund rigged it for me. I chose the Hasty-Bake Gourmet 256. I've been watching Kent Rollins cook on one. Thanks, fellas.

I was so sure I was going to win this month, I actually spent the 4th of July weekend thinking about what I would choose when I won.

Oh well, don't have to have winner's remorse when I take the Hasty Bake and then kick myself for the next year for not picking the Slow and Sear Kamado... Whew... that would have been awful... cooking on the Hasty Bake with my brain saying, "We could be slow and searing on a KAMADO now, idiot."

Thanks winners... you saved me from that. Congrats.

Was facing the same quandary, only mine came in a dream. Maybe I should see a shrink. Hmm ...

Grilla Pellet Smoker proves good things come in small packages

We always liked Grilla. The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, as on a condo patio.

Blackstone Rangetop Combo: Griddle And Deep Fryer In One

The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, grilled cheese, and so much more. And why deep fry indoors when you can avoid the smell and mess by doing it outside!

                      Our Favorite Backyard Smoker

The amazing Karubecue is the most innovative smoker in the world. The quality of meat from this machine is astonishing. At its crux is a patented firebox that burns logs above the cooking chamber and sucks heat and extremely clean blue smoke into the thermostat controlled oven. It is our favorite smoker, period.
