I'm one of the less than 5 posters. I suppose every group has it's wall flowers. I read and learn from the posts and get ideas how and what to bbq - for that I'm grateful to all of you. If I posted pictures of what I cook (which I really haven't learned how) you'd look at them and say, "Gad, that's a hot mess!" Fortunately what I bbq is passable and I haven't made anybody sick yet. Thanks for your postings I appreciate them.
