Congratulations! Good choice on the gasser. Until I recently picked up a new Weber Genesis on clearance, I would have gone with that Blaze grill as well.

I just received a sear burner ordered yesterday. Ready for the inaugural session after the burn off and degrease. Thinking of a sous vide strip at 130F (54-55c) with grilled mushrooms and onions.
