Okay, so I currently have a Weber Performer, a WSM 22.5 with party q controller, and a Fast Eddie's FEC 120 by Cookshack. I smoke 6 times a week on my FEC120, with over a thousand cooks completed in my restaurant, Stuart's Fish & Pig (Stuart. Florida). The last thing I could ever need is another dedicated smoker! Of course, that means I've selected the only dedicated smoker as my prize. I choose the: Karubeque C-60 Wood Burning Smoker

You had me at "Holy Grail of Smoke". Thanks Amazing Ribs! I can't wait to try out this innovative smoker. I've been thinking about entering some competition events, this might just get me there!
