Welcome to the pellet world!! I'm 7 hours into my first cook on a pellet pooper, but thanks to "daylight jack up yo time 2x a year" I will have an extra hour of cook time on my grill I didn't have to use pellets for.
Congrats! Been thinking I'd go the pellet route myself if I won. I'm currently working with a PBC and a Blaze 4-burner gasser (thanks to a friend...I didn't have to buy the Blaze). I'm thinking that pellet machine would round out my collection nicely.
