Hey there friends! Thank you for all the congrats and messages! It's been so dadgum cold in central Texas and we've had a lot on our calendar, so I'm much more delayed posting this than I expected. I don't like smoking when the wind and temperature are a nonstop battle all day. I opted to pick up the Hasty Bake rotisserie attachment that fits this unit. It was still in the 30's when I cooked these chickens, so fortunately this was a short smoke. The rig lit like a champ! It's easy to clean and the chickens turned out wonderfully! (You can put max 14# on the rod.) Hasty Bake customer service is the bomb as well! Very prompt with answers to your questions, and shipping. Of course I have to mention the generous case of Black Swan BBQ sauce in THREE flavors! Thank you so much again to the generous Amazing Ribs, Hasty Bake and Black Swan! Y'all made my year and it's only February!

OK! More pics! Happy Valentine's Day y'all! I took an outside shot so you can see the size compared to a chair. I love the firebox that adjusts according to your use. We are coal and wood grilling steaks cuz you know....Valentines. So I've got the last pic with the fire box right under the steaks . (For smoking I'd lower it, obviously.) This is a great unit!
