I go to Farmer George for a few reasons. First off they are les than 10 min away, second, there are family owned and very helpful, third, I can hear the cows they butcher from my house.

That is cool, I like to patronize local producers. My college buddy runs a farm-to-fork operation in central Texas, I swing through whenever I can to load up on beef.
