I am just making a recommendation if you live in the Pittsburgh Metro Area and are looking for one of the last few butcher shops. I have been going Tom Fridays Market. Its a little corner city grocery and butcher shop located in the North Side Brighton Heights area of Pittsburgh. They butcher their own beef and have the usual cuts but it is one of the few places in the area where you can find skirt steak and tri-tip. You can also buy pork, chicken and some lamb that they bring in from other places. Their prices are not the cheapest but they are competitive especially when compared to the local chain grocery store prices here(Giant Eagle).
