I found some at Click as well. I don't think they are 123A, but they do seem to qualify as dino ribs (I think).

I am going to smoke 4,/ 4 bone plate ribs, 16 ribs. Dry brine the night before, add rub the day of smoking and smoke for 4 - 5 hours @ 250 to get a good smoke ring and bark. . Then I want to finish them in the oven for about 4 - 5 hours @ 275 - 300. (to about 203 degrees) The reason is I need the smoker for pork ribs later in the day and only have the one smoker. Should this work? Should I wrap them in pink paper? Any comments would be welcome. THANKS

Might be cooking them too long at those temps. Manage the internal temp, not the time. I do mine at 250 to probe tender, about 200 degrees IT. Only takes 8-9 hours all in. I never wrap my beef ribs. BUT I do rest them loosely tented with foil for 2-4 hours in a warm oven before serving. I heat the oven to 200 then turn it OFF for the rest period.
