    I decided to do one of the two Creekstone Prime packer briskets I got when they were running the sale. Turned out amazing, went full duration unwrapped, OMG bark came out amazing. Burnt ends just melted in your mouth, probably the best brisket I’ve done so far! Thanks everyone for all the tips and support!

    Oh, I forgot to mention, smoked on my 26” kettle with SNS XL, drip n griddle and some post oak.
