I ordered 2 of the tri tip specials last Wednesday. Got a tracking number calling for Saturday delivery. Late Saturday or Sunday status changed to pending. Got a new shipping notice on Monday with a Wednesday delivery. Six tri tips arrived around noon today. All still frozen solid. Look forward to trying them soon.

We've had way too many of these types of complaints posted on AR. I'm thinking a letter to the shipper from a 16,000 member website at each occurance should invoke sufficient attention. What do you all think?

Yup. Should catch their attention.
Shippin ain't zackly Rocket Science
, even Cold / Frozen / Cryo shippin....
Hail, they ship hominid replacement organs, an truth be told, other stuff that's far less temp stable, every day of th calendar year.
Jus Sayin...
Of course, Much discredit could be due th shippers, as well... gotta take it case by case...
Tell yall what: If I ordered me some o them High Dollar proteins, (I have, successfully), I'm thinkin their $$$$ margin includes enough packin materials to git it to my dang house in a safe, edible state.
Seems to me like a reasonable expectation, what say yall?
P.S.: "Like to think I done a great job of rewritin, editin this, takin out all th multiple, compound profanities, rants, etc. that would be comin out my piehole like a whole dang swarm o Flyin Monkeys, if my proteins were ruined, an then they didn't make it right.

Well just got my replacement order and they're frozen solid. I'll give them credit for making it right. If they turn out better than the Costco ones I'll definitely give them another shot. However not sure it would be a good idea to place an order when the weather here is in the triple digits.
