Roughly $10 per pound, if it's as well marbled as the pic seems good to me. But then there's the added cost of shipping, whatever that is (too lazy to look it up).

Maybe that's why they are on sale right now lol

I order often from them and always enjoy the products. For a while my area qualified for free shipping but now it doesn’t, but it still quite low like yours. I have bought and cooked two of their 10 bone roasts and they were excellent. Wanted to add I had one issue with shipping because UPS lost the box but Cheshire came through after one call

Since this is the most recent post for them...
Today I got in my Steamship Ham. I will say I was a little bummed that it was frozen but only because I'm cutting it super close on time for cure.
However, wow... I get I'm local to them, but I drunk ordered Sunday night and got it this afternoon so really it was shipped within an hour of them opening and delivers before noon the next day, for "free" (I get shipping is baked into the price).
Their packaging left nothing to be desired. The ham was tightly packed in the typical soft insulated case inside a larger box. However, despite being local the ham was surrounded by freezer packs. 7 of the larger Nordic ice types. Other vendors rarely have more than 3 freezer packs in the summer even.
I'll upload a 📸 of the same when its thawed enough to inject the crap out of to hopefully get this cure done in 9.5 days.
I still wish they had a local storefront, as ordering via mail when I live less than 10 minutes away kinda stinks. But they only sell in person to wholesalers n9w.

jayjordan requirement? No. But I wanted a ham so the only way is to cure it. You can cook it like pernil or whatever, it's just going to be a slightly different taste than a pork but since the muscle has a different workload. Search green ham for more recipes but here's a basic one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWQQhZRfoeA
