I never heard of them on here but saw an add for them while watching a Tucker Carlson clip today. Searched 'Meriweather' on here and drew a blank. Any members here ever used them? There claim is this:
"Meriwether Farms exclusively sources its beef from our Wyoming farms. Our entire process is distinctly American — born, bred, and fed in Wyoming's natural pastures, our cattle are raised without added hormones, antibiotics, or MRNA vaccines to hand processing and packaging, all taking place right here in Wyoming. Our cattle are grass-fed and then finished on a unique blend of locally grown grains, free from added hormones, antibiotics, or mRNA vaccines. The beef from Meriwether Farms undergoes dry-aging and is meticulously hand-cut by our own skilled artisans in Riverton, Wyoming."
Like all mail order meat companies, they are not cheap. They don't list USDA Grading on the website.
