I've recently placed an order with Vermont Wagyu https://vermontwagyu.com/, which says it's a family farm in Eastern Vermont. I ordered their sausages and brisket. The order arrived in a day to the suburbs of Boston, (which isn't surprising given the distance), and in very good shape.
The chorizo and kielbasa were both delicious, tangy and spicy. The casings were surprisingly thick and I have to admit that the kielbasa didn't taste like any other kieblasa I've had .. because it was better. My family said they were the best sausages that they'd ever had.
The brisket didn't look very wagyu-ish to me - very little visible marbling - but it sure tasted good. In my PBC It cooked up tender, moist, and flavorful, and still tasted that way after a week and a half in the fridge. It was as good or better than the prime brisket that I get from the fancy local butcher (Savenor's) and at pretty much the same price.
One limitation is that they don't sell full packers, only half briskets at 7-9 pounds max. That's plenty for my family, but not enough for a lot of people on here. In any case, I'm certainly planning on ordering again.
