Hey! So I made burgers tonight. Actually, it’s a signature burger I developed for my corporate job a while back.
Pepper jack cheese, grilled chiles (restaurant used those diced green chiles in a can, I used my last hatch), pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, spicy Mayo. Add avocado is optional. It was a hit when it was on the menu.
oh, and the ground beef. It was good….. not as good as Click, though. I think it was 85/15 than the advertised 80/20 which seems odd for "wagyu". It came packed as two 8oz patties. I just rolled with it. It was a big a$$ burger!
