    Hassell Review #2

    Hey! So I made burgers tonight. Actually, it’s a signature burger I developed for my corporate job a while back.
    Pepper jack cheese, grilled chiles (restaurant used those diced green chiles in a can, I used my last hatch), pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, spicy Mayo. Add avocado is optional. It was a hit when it was on the menu.

    oh, and the ground beef. It was good….. not as good as Click, though. I think it was 85/15 than the advertised 80/20 which seems odd for "wagyu". It came packed as two 8oz patties. I just rolled with it. It was a big a$$ burger!

    The burger looks great. I am kinda wondering what Click did differently, but I suppose it would be impossible to tell.

    On the burgers themselves, if I have bought uncooked burger patties, am I the only one who remixes with the onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, etc. that go into my regular burgers?

              Click Akaushi sold Akaushi wagyu beef online until very recently. The prices were outstanding for the quality of meat and they gave 10% off for AR members. Unfortunately, they struggled with the shipping and packaging part of the business and a lot of meat arrived at unsafe temps, prompting refunds. As a result, they stopped selling online. I am not sure if they still sell meat within Texas.
