    So I purchased a few cuts. I went with the teres major tonight. Disclaimer: I cooked it on the gasser because I wanted pure meat, no smoke to sway my opinion. Point: click. I seasoned this small cut with just salt and pepper. Cooked hot and fast, flipping often. (Served with shrimp and a baker)
