Anyone have any recent experience with Porter Road Spareribs?
The posted reviews on the PR site are less than stellar, shall we say.
I'll probably order the Dino ribs (again) from them when back in stock and was wondering if throwing a rack (or 2) of the spareribs on the order is worthwhile.

I believe they source their pork from Kurobuta/Berkshire hogs, which have thin ribs. I think I got some from Porter road and they came out okay, but I don’t buy KB/Berkshire ribs anymore because they are always thin, always cut poorly, and are never as satisfying as duroc or even commodity pork.
