I'm still waiting for resolution to my Wild Fork order 2 weeks on now, so the fact they caught their error almost immediately after shipping is pretty good.
I’ve definitely heard of some picking/packing and packaging issues, which do come with a headache. I personally haven’t had a mistake in an order or any poorly packaged items. But I am glad to know I need to be vigilant for them and that if I find them they will make it right.
I agree they could probably use an extra step to QA their orders before shipping. However, they fix and credit and send free product (to me) immediately which certainly makes it easy to continue to recommend them.

I've had a couple of errors that they immediately corrected. I continue to order from them and I really like their beef. Out of the blue Click's CEO texted me this past Sunday to thank me for my patronage.
They do seem like a really good company that tries to do the right thing. I think we gotta keep supporting firms that do that even if inadvertently mistakes happen.
I agree. I think they just need a bit more training in the fulfillment department. Not a deal breaker for me since they respond quickly to claims and the meat is excellent for a great price.
If happens, human error. The automated systems may end the math problems, but after dinner, our check had Chicken Strips and Fries added, but we did not order.
Could also just be running a really small op and taking on a lot personally? Who knows really. The product as you mentioned is really damn good. Ill put with whatever here and there.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

I'm just about to pull the trigger on a brisket. I can deal with a mistake now and again as long as I trust that they will make it right, and that doesn't appear to be an issue.
I got my first order from them last night. A NY strip, an outside skirt, a massive chuckie a some shirt ribs. All frozen and pretty good looking. I will probably cook the strip tomorrow.
