Creekstone Farms - What should I get?

So, my Pit Secret Santa very generously sent me a gift card for Creekstone Farms (Thanks, PJ!) And in having trouble choosing what to get with it. Does anybody, preferably with experience buying from Creekstone, have a recommendation?

    Thanks!

Since Franklin uses their brisket (I believe), that would be my first choice for sure.

They have great Dino bones as well but you might need to call them to see when they would be in stock. Spinaker loves em.

Thus far I've smoked a great big ol' bone-in pork butt (and I cannot lie) and a rack of beef chuck ribs from Creekstone, and both were absolutely superb and very easy to get right. Those chuck ribs are like brisket point on a bone... *drool*

I've always enjoyed their steaks for sure. Yesterday I made their Duroc ribs (got 'em 1/2 price, twice), they're great but if I'm being honest I don't notice much difference from storebought St Louis ribs. I have their brisket points in the freezer but haven't cooked 'em yet. So steaks for the win! They're running a couple sales right now, NY Strips is one, be sure to check their Product Special section of their site. They seem to have sales monthly on different things.

Also, remember they do not ship on weekends, so from Weds afternoon through Sunday orders likely won't ship until Monday, even if you get a shipment notice. I wasted a few emails back & forth with them only to discover this is all stated on their site, silly me.
