"Ponderosa Provisioners is a family-owned, full service wholesale meat processing company and retail butcher shop."
I went here for the first time yesterday, picked up a couple of nice-looking choice briskets for $5.99/lb. By comparison the closest grocery store to me charges $9.99/lb (I can get SRF wagyu cheaper) and Costco charges $6.87/lb (but they only carry flats).
I also picked up some thick-sliced regular and pepper bacon for $5.99/lb compared to $9.99/lb at the store by my house.
It was spotlessly clean, no funky smells, lots of yummy-looking meat, great service. They carry lots of prime cuts but they don't normally carry prime brisket--they did say they could get it, though.
