Looking for a good butcher shop in Columbus

Anyone know of a good butchers shop in the Columbus Ohio area you can recommend? We're located on the East side, so the closer the better.

What I know about (and I've used so far)
    1. Pataskala Meats - Decent selection - Don't do chicken, though. Seems a bit pricey, but they do have a good selection of sauces and rubs as well.
    2. White Feather Farms - I usually get my whole fresh turkeys there (you have to order ahead), but haven't tried much else.
    3. Carfagna's - Northside of Columbus, bit of a haul on the weekends, and a bit pricey. They do have a good bourbon selection though.

I'm not only looking for some different cuts we'd normally get from stores like Kroger, Sam's Club, or CostCo, I'm also looking for trimmings, so I can make my own tallow. I was able to get pork trimmings from Pataskala Meats, but they charge $4.99 a pound, which to me, seems pricey for fat. They use most of the beef trimmings for ground deer, so it seems they never have it.

White Feather Farms has it about beef half the price and chicken for pretty cheap, but you need to order both beef and chicken in bulk. I don't have the storage capacity for that much.

We used to have a place here in Reynoldsburg called Holly Hills Meats, but they've been gone for a few years now. Owner retired.

I'm looking at going in on a whole cow with some folks (we'll do a quarter each), but I'm sure there's cuts I probably won't be able to get, that I wouldn't mind cooking.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Can't speak about Columbus, but I've been able to get several difficult items from ethnic grocers. Particularly pork fat back and trimmings from Oriental grocers (also great pork belly even with or without skin and with or without bones). I get my beef fat for tallow from my brisket trims.

Thanks for the tips! We have a pretty good selection of ethnic groceries in and around the city, so I will definitely pursue that avenue. I'll be cooking brisket this summer hopefully, so I'll make sure to save those trimmings! Thanks again!
